File from the side of the nails to the centre. Always file in one direction, never back & forth.
Use fine side to shape the nail & the extra fine side to smooth the nail edge for a flawless finish.
After use, wipe over with a damp cloth. Allow to dry naturally.
Avoid excessive filing of nail corners as they provide extra strength to the nail. Square/oval shaped nails are recommended.

Long lasting emery boards
These are one of my go to emery boards from manicare. Firstly I love the size and that they come in a 3 pack. They are easy to hold and manoeuvre around the edges of your nails.
They file your nails & edges well without leaving roughness as some other files do and are are long lasting. Love that they are not flimsy and bend.
