Nourishing but not greasy
This is a great product if you have dry cuticles or peeling nail folds. It comes in a nail polish bottle with a brush. The formula is an oil blend with sweet almond oil, apricot oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, Vitamin E.
Despite using hand cream often, my cuticles and nail fold still peel. This oil definitely nourishes that fragile area without being greasy, and being an oil it doesn't sting any peeling skin. The brush makes it so easy to apply without getting it all over your hands.
It's not greasy but I find it's better to apply at night time since that's when I don't wash my hands for many hours and the oil can sink in. I just wish it was in a bigger bottle for the price. Great product though.

Great for cuticles!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this cuticle for over a month noticed my cuticles are more nourished & moisturised. It has fixed my cuticles which used to be dry, peeling and fragile. I will continue to used this product and will be purchasing again in the future.

Nice and Easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that you can just paint this on so easily and it takes no time to absorb. It feels decadent using this oil and I believe it has helped with my cuticle dryness.

Great cuticle care!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the best cuticle care products I’ve ever used!
Was not too oily and felt great. It really strengthened my cuticles.
However, I would appreciate if it had a smell to it as it would make the product more enjoyable.

Oil to nourish my nails and banish dry cuticles
The Revitanail comes in a 14ml bottle which looks like a nail polish bottle and with a slight yellow oil coloured liquid inside. You apply it with the brush, just like applying nail polish. I love using nail treatments, but avoid some of them because they can contain strong chemicals which don't agree with my already weak nails. This nourishing oil doesn't have any strong scent, it has a very mild lemon scent, so mild that I have to put my nose almost inside the bottle to smell it!
The ingredients list is pretty impressive with sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, olive oil, jojoba seed oil, soybean oil, tea tree leaf oil, vitamin E, and some chemical ones such as Parfum, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate and others. I suggest reading more about the ingredients if that's something you're interested in.
The nourishing oil spreads like an oil, which I like. It isn't fully like an oil in that it's not extremely runny and sticky like an oil, instead it is oily and spreads well, but the oiliness doesn't linger. I apply to my entire nail, and the cuticles fully and the skin around my nail and massage it in gently for a minute or so. The directions say to apply as often as required, and I have been doing it atleast once a day, or sometimes twice or more.
Once applied, my nails have a nice, almost matte sheen to them, and more importantly, my rough cuticles have smoothed and tamed down. They aren't that visible and sharp anymore. My cuticles have always been dry and peeling and rough, so rough that I could slice bread with them! But with this oil, my cuticles have almost disappeared and my nails look and feel better.

For healthy nails and cuticles
My nails and cuticles have been looking really awful lately. It's been peeling, cracking and splitting. The nourishing oil worked wonders to help keep my cuticles looking their best while giving them a nice coating of hydration. It is an oil so it is kind of expected to be "oily" so don't go overboard with the amount. It comes in a nail polish bottle with the product being a faint yellow colour. What I do is I paint just a small dab of the oil onto my nail and then I rub it in all over the nail, the surrounding edges and the skin. If you can get past the oily feeling which can be a bit difficult the results are great. I use this during the days when I have taken my nail polish off and have a nail "rest" day.

Works well, but I'm not a fan of oily feeling
I know, I know, it's an oil so it's going to feel oily, but I expected it to disappear quicker than it did. That said, my nails felt much healthier after using it for a few days. I use it every now and then as a bit of a treat for my nails, but couldn't use it all the time because I loathe the oily feeling and inability to touch anything until you've washed your hands.

Wow! Healthy Cuticles!
I'm surprised by the results I got after using Revitanail nourishing oil for a couple of weeks...
My cuticles were dry, rough and peeling. The peeling bits would also lead to soreness. While using it, this soothing and moisturising oil provided a protective seal for my cuticles as they recovered.
After two weeks, my cuticles and nails were really strong and healthy. The oil repaired my cuticles and they seemed to be reborn!

A great starting point for Nail Health
I used this product after getting gel nails put on to deter myself from biting my nails.... Because I have been a chewer for 27 years my cuticals were ruined... They were brittle, scabby and bloody. After just 1 week my cuticals were completely healed (and I mean completely, no red spots and no rough skin) plus my nails started growing a lot quicker

My nails look healthier
I massage this into my nails once a day at night before I go to bed. It absorbs quickly, improves the condition of my nails and reduces the appearance of cuticles and seems to make my nails grow faster as well. I received this as a gift but would purchase it for myself. My nails look longer and healthier using this product.

Excellent
I love this product I don't have dry nails or cuticles all the time and I don't apply it everyday but when I do my nails feel so hydrated and the oil smells very nice. I like that it has Vitamin e jojoba and tea tree oil in it. It's the only cuticle oil I have used so far but I love it.

Revitaoil
This oil really helped soften my cuticles. The only downside is that its quite time consuming - you have to massage it on each nail for around 60 seconds. This is the only product for cuticles i've ever used - so i cannot compare it but its wonderful in its own regard.

Feels nice when applied
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the sample and while I like how it applies and absorbs, I have been unable to properly rate it as yet as I have been applying it in the past two weeks after use of the Total Strength 8 in 1 due to time constraints and obligations of the trial period...therefore as yet unsure of how it performs as a stand alone product. Will test alone tonight as I have removed the 8 in 1 after two cycles of use. Will review again after use alone.

A lightweight cuticle oil
I have been using Revitanail Nourishing Oil for quite a few months now and I would describe it as a "lightweight" cuticle oil compared to Manicare's Cuticle Oil
It is a pale yellow oil with a "runny" consistency and has a very mild herbal fragrance. I use the oil nightly on my cuticles before I hop into bed. It is easy to apply as it is in the form of a nail polish so the product is applied with the brush. The oil absorbs quite well into my skin after 1 minute of massage and doesn't leave my skin feeling as greasy as when I first applied it
I'm not convinced that this product is as good as Manicare's Cuticle Oil which I used before because even after months of regular use, my cuticles did not seem better conditioned. Either that or my cuticles must have been very dry. Using this product, I also noticed that my nails did not grow as fast as they did as when using the Manicare Cuticle Oil which is undoubtedly a "heavier" and more greasy cuticle oil
Because my cuticles weren't looking much better after months of using this product, I switched to using a product called "The Whole She-Balm Argan Balm" and the results were amazing. After 2 nights of use, both my nails and cuticles now look excellently conditioned
I will now return to using Revitanail's Nourishing Oil on my cuticles. Now that my cuticles and nails are back in good condition, I'm hoping this product will continue to keep them that way and so far it has
I have nothing against this product. I just think that for extremely dry cuticles in bad condition, a heavier cuticle oil or more intensive, nourishing treatment is needed.
