Works a treat
I have always wanted to get a sleep turban, but never got around to it so was really happy to be able to get on through the rewards. It is very easy to put on, and it really surprised me that it stayed put on all night until I awoke in the morning. I didn't even know I was wearing it, as it is very comfortable and of very light material so it doesn't feel lumpy at all.. It has a beautiful light fragrance which is very soothing and lovely, you can really pick up on the light scent as you lay and get comfortable. I truly an very pleased with it..

TIME SAVER: Smoother, Shinier, Easier Hair
Happily, this is not quite as strongly scented as the matching lavender eye mask and probably so because I'm not wearing it directly on my face like the eye mask. This comes hygenically sealed and so when I got it I needed to carefully snip across the top of the pack to take the hair turban out.
It's lovely and light to wear and pleasantly scented with lavender (though I personally would prefer rose! Oh please bring a rose one out). It's so light and that makes it really comfy to wear - I was surprised at how comfortable it is to wear and it's only to bed at night but I'm a big comfort fan.
It is super easy to put on - I just have my hair brushed and twist it up gently so it's sort of loosely and randomly altogether and then but if also turning my head upside-down and loosely twisting my hair together and then putting this on also works well. Whatever works!
Waking up was the best bit because I could magically reveal hair that was smoother and untangled and so easy to brush. I toss and turn in my sleep a lot every night (just how I sleep - I'm an active sleeper!) and so for decades I've had to spritz my hair with water and then gently brush out all my tangles and my hair never sits as good as the day before when I've 'just washed it'. I love how my 'just washed hair' sits but the next day it never did it because I would sleep on it of course and the hair would bit flat in the wrong places and frizzy in the wrong places. Every morning was a lot of work and boring work to have to atleast smooth it out. It would take time.
Now though, oh boy, I'm in love with this thing! My hair no longer needs my water spritzer and my brushing time has reduced by 95% in the morning! Talk about saving time!!
My hair is so smooth and shiny by the morning and I dare say my hair will be in much better condition for a lot, lot longer (and maybe even need less cutting?! I'm brushing less and so there is less damage and it's not getting frizzed up every night).
Very highly recommended! It's not silk but it's a very smooth fine and light satin material. I may look funny during the night while sleeping with this on (but no so bad really!) but I look way better in the morning with my smoother, more in control hair.
I found this to fit really comfortably and was stable in the night even though it was not tight at all. It kind of maybe is even a little loose but it still stayed right in place all night. I have a smallish sized head relatively as a grown woman but it was fine still on me. There was plenty of room for bigger heads and more hair too from what I can tell.
I have straight long hair but I think if you had curly hair this would be ever so helpful too. Great for long hair but even medium hair would benefit greatly from this too I think.
I didn't realise what a magnificent thing this would be for me when I purchased it in the Rewards Room. I'm so glad I bought it!

Helps keep my hair frizz free
What a great product this is, as it is helps to control my hair from frizz. It definitely helps my salon blow dry last all week long. Plus it smells great too with the lavender oil.

Nice scent for rest
Super easy to put on, although it a little tight to begin with but will loosen up after a few nights. Even tho it was firm around my head it didn't stay on while I was asleep but I admit I toss and turn all night. It is very comfortable once it's initial grip loosens and made of a light, soft feeling material. The subtle lavender scent is delightful and not overpowering, rather it is light therefore making it quite soothing and calming. You can still really sense the lavender as you lay down to rest.

Great product during chemo
Great product during chemo. Relaxing for sleep and helps to protect my hair and scalp. Only flaw is elastic is just a little tight.

Lovely but not sufficent to support long hair
I have never worn a sleep turban before. I prefer to sleep with my hair quite free and not tucked under my head, so I was in the market for a sleep turban. I have fairly straight long hair and this turban was big enough to fit all my hair. It also did not feel tight on the edges when I tucked my hair in. The material is also made of a delicate satin fabric that is very light.
However, the turban does not hold my hair overnight and I often wake up without it. When you use first use it, the lavender scent is also particularly strong but it will fade over time quite quickly. I never expected longevity of the scent so that is not a particular con for me. While the image shown shows a lavender coloured turban, there is also a black version as well.

Not what I expected
I love Manicare products! I have so many of them. When I saw this in the Rewards room Beautorium, I leaped at the chance to try it.
However it has been a disappointing experience.
Firstly I was attracted to the colour shown in the photo, a soft lavender hue, however I received a black one.
Secondly it was very loose and would not stay on my head for even enough time for me to fall asleep.
Thirdly I could not detect any lavender scent.
The turban appears to be well sewn together, and the fabric is soft, yet thinner than I expected.
I still much appreciate having had the chance to try the product.
