Innovative & effective back scrubber
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks for the chance to trial this reusable Manicare Exfoliating Back Scrubber. This is the first back scrubber I have come across with this design and I think it is amazing. Instead of a handle, it has a long piece of exfoliating stretchy cloth. It is very easy to use, I simply move my hands to manoeuvre the cloth in a back and forth motion to scrub my back. It is perfect for getting those hard to reach areas. I find this back scrubber is still kind and gentle on my skin, yet delivers a nice clean and exfoliation. After regular use my skin feels soft and smooth. I love that it is made using sustainably sourced material and 100% recycled polyester. Costing $16.99 seems like good value to me for this fantastic back scrubber. I would happily recommend this to anyone looking for an innovative new back scrubber that really works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow ,this is something I never knew I needed but once I started using it , I must say I am obsessed with it.
It helps me to clean the hard to reach areas on my back.
Love that it comes with handles so that you can grab the handles and move around the scrubber back and forth around your back.
The material is coarse, so you can exfoliate your back. I love using it dry to brush of dead skin cells and also love using it wet to facilitate or help with spreading body wash around my back.
After using this product my back feels so smooth and silky.
The material is good quality and I do not think it will disintegrate quickly .

Back's back Baby!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rarely looked after the skin on my back now I'm older, and I totally regret that decision. Because now I really look after the skin on my back by regularly exfoliating my skin with the Manicare Exfoliating Back Scrubber, and really wish I had discovered it sooner.
The Manicare Back Scrubber is about a foot long or so with handles on either end to give a little leverage and get to all those hard to reach spaces. I absolutely adore the fact the scrubber is made of recycled products great for exfoliating the skin. It goes the distance and exfoliates my skin very well. My skin concerns I had with my back have been minimised now the skin is getting a proper wash and exfoliate. I use it a couple times a week and let it dry out between usage. Once a fortnight I like to just pop it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle to make sure it stays awesome. I may be a mature lady but I love the way my back skin feels and it takes me back to my younger days. This is definitely a product I will purchase again.

SO easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this back scrubber from manicare so much. I never thought it would be so easy or better than one with a handle, but I was really pleasantly surprised as this was so easy to use and gave really good results.
It is really gentle whilst also still provides a good scrub and exolifation to the back. It is gentle and doesnt make me skin red raw like some other exolifating tools, whilst still leaving my skin feeling soft and renewed. Highly recommend this one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Manicare excoriating back scrubber as part of a trial, thank you BH! I had never seen these before and to be honest I thought was a bit gimmicky but it's actually a brilliant invention! I suffer with shoulder pain and some days I can't lift my arm up so find it very difficult to reach my back in the shower. This has made such a difference. It is super stretchy and feels like it is really cleaning my skin without being to harsh. I dampen it and put a little bit of shower gel onto it and it lathers up great. When I've finished I just hang it up to dry. A great invention!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to see my grandmother use one of these and I always wanted one so when I saw this, I was so excited.
This back scrubber is great for washing your back, a place where you have to bend your arm and whole body in a way or many ways where it is quite uncomfortable and awkward.
This makes it easier and there is also handles for me to grab onto so I can hold it easily and use the back scrubber without any issues.
It feels really good and I find it is that little bit of luxury or me time that I really want and need to after a long day and it readies me for a good night sleep.

No more awkward shower scenes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find my back to be one of the areas of my body that produces the most amount of oil. I always dry to scrub away the excess dead skin build up and oil with a long handled scrubbing brush but it's always an awkward scene!
I have never used an exfoliating back scrubber of this design before and I don't know why, because this Manicare version is SO much better! It's a hundred times more easy to manouver around your back and you feel like you're actually getting to the whole area of your back.
I love that this is made from sustainably sourced materials like recycled polyester and is dye free. The plastic box it comes in is even recyclable! Nice!
Will be re-purchasing!

Great Idea
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A big thanks to BH and Manicare for sending me the Exfoliating Back Scrubber to trial as part of the Biggest Ever Beauty Giveaway. I have kept this in my shower for a few weeks now and have been using it on my back when required and here are my thoughts on this product:
PACKAGING:
The outside packaging of the back loofah is just a clear plastic casing with a simple design that gets the message across - this is a special loofah for that difficult to reach back area. This would normally be a neglected body part if not for a product like this so I give it full kudos for being innovative. Inside the scrubber unfolds into a long, slightly stretchy cloth with a handle at two ends. It's pretty self explanatory how it works.
PRODUCT:
The scrubber is made from recycled polyester and has organic cotton handles so I give Manicare extra points for thinking about the environment and making a more eco-friendly product. The cloth itself feels slightly rough but not overly coarse and as you use it you can tell it is exfoliating well without being scratchy or irritating. Having said that it is self-explanatory how it works, I found out that I'm a bit unco-ordinated as I did find it a bit hard to manage both ends at times - maybe that's just a sign of my age! I dried the scrubber off between uses by hanging it from the shower tap using one of the ends and doubling it back. I can't say it ever totally dries out but it hasn't gone mouldy or smelly so it dries out enough between uses.
PERFORMANCE:
I think this is a really clever product and I'm sure my back is cleaner for using it (though it's hard for me to see the results). It is a nice gentle product that gives a subtle exfoliation without any irritation and is a good product to have as part of any regular body exfoliation regimen.
All in all, I would recommend this scrubber for anyone wanting to deep cleanse their back and think it would be great for anyone with dry skin build-up or even bacne perhaps.

Great for backs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Manicare Exfoliating Back Scrubber is a very innovative product. I love exfoliating my body, but can't reach my back, so it gets neglected. With this Manicare product, you can now effectively and easily exfoliate your back! You can use the product on its own, just pull it apart and seesaw like movement over and around your back area.
You can also apply shower gels or any products you like and exfoliate this way too, just to cleanse your back whilst you are exfoliating. This is nice, as it made my back feel smoother and also softer for using a nice shower gel.
Make sure you are it wll, and let dry properly, don't lay flat or roll up in a ball as it will make it damp.
An awesome and fun product to exfoliate your back

Manicare Exfoliating Back Scrubber
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product designed and executed well by Manicare. I have always enjoyed a shower sponge although have not been using one lately since switching to using shower oil (instead of foaming body wash).
I have tried the back scrubber with both shower oil and foaming body wash. It works with both! The back scrubber is long enough for me to hole at both ends and wide enough for me to scrub the back without excessive repetition. It is possibly a tad too long for me in fact, because my elbows and hands often bump into the shower glass door (I have a tiny shower and I am very short!)
I also use it to scrub my knees and elbows.
The result is very smooth skin.
The scrubber dries quickly which is important to me.
I also love that the product is made from recycled plastic. That's a fantastic initiative.

Genius product - gives me silky smooth skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is genius! You think you don’t need it, but you do! The Manicare Exfoliating Back Scrubber has made me look forward to jumping in the shower and giving it a whirl each night. It seamlessly reaches my back area and does such a great job of cleaning, exfoliating and sloughing away dry skin (particularly challenging in the winter months!). It leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and supple. This scrubber works effectively on other areas of the body too like the back of my legs (where I sometimes get keratosis pilaris), derriere and even my stomach. It’s multi-purpose and leaves the skin feeling great. I like that it’s made from recycled materials and that the handles are made with organic cotton. The scrubber never irritated my sensitive skin so I think all skin types would enjoy and see the benefits of using this smartly designed product. Thanks for the find BH!

Helps Body Wash suds up

I was a little concerned as when I removed it from the packaging it felt like it was going to be really rough on the skin but surprisingly it was not rough and scratchy at all. Another awesome thing that I find with using this product is that I use less body wash as the scrubber seems to suds things up a little more. I used it not only for my back but as an all over scrubber and it was awesome.
The handles mean that you can easily hang it over the shower taps to dry after use.
I have used this product every day for several weeks and it still looks and feels as it did when brand new. I would happily purchase another to replace this one when the time comes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Who knew, I absolutely needed this, MANICARE Exfoliating Back Scrubber.
I previously used an exfoliating back scrubber that was on a timber handle, but was still hard to contour around your body, because of the rigid design.
This has changed everything, the more you use it, it gets more pliable, softens up slightly and is so easy to scrub and exfoliate your skin.
It is made from certified recycled polyester, with the organic cotton yarn loop handles. It is designed to be rinsed with warm water after use and hung to dry in a well ventilated area.
I enjoy using this, with my body wash in the shower. The warm water softens the environmentally conscious material.
Holding both handles, it is easy to move it in a back and forward motion, scrubbing and exfoliating the skin as it goes, reaching all areas.
I look forward to using it in the future too, for prepping skin for tanning or for removing fake tan.

Very useful

I have very dry skin, and thus exfoliation is a must for me. However, I tend to neglect my back. This back scrubber has made it very easy to scrub my back and it is also useful to exfoliate other areas of my body.
It does a good job at exfoliating my skin with minimal effort.
I love that it easy to rinse and it dries quickly.
Overall, I highly recommend this product and have already purchased it for other family members.

I have always found it hard to scrub my back unless my hubby is home and on hand so it rarely gets done, until I got to trial this.
After opening I jumped into the shower and was impressed with the feel of the material and size of the back scrubber. With soft organic cotton handles on each end attached to the mesh like material (certified recycled polyester) you can use it more narrow or folded out to cover more surface area.
After wetting my body i simply apply some body wash to the meshed material part, held one handle in one hand and holding behind my back I grab the other handle then gently start from my lower back gently moving the scrubber back and forth to the top of my back and vice versa. The mesh material felt nice and firm which is what I like as it feels like it is doing something good to my skin.
After using I simply rinsed it in warm water and gave it a squeeze, then hang it up on a hook in the bathroom with the window left open to let it dry.
My back feels nice and soft and exfoliated after using. As it is so simple to use I will not be neglecting my back anymore and will continue to use and purchase the Manicare Exfoliating Back Scrubber again.

Best back washing tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the type of product that falls within the category of things I never knew I needed. My back is a neglected area and hard to reach. This is the perfect tool to adequately reach the entire back and give it a really thorough scrub. The material of the Scrubber is deliberately a bit coarse to scrub and presumably exfoliate the back in doing so. I find my back is really soft and smooth immediately after each time. Others might use it differently but my preferred method is to use a sawing motion but grabbing the handles with both my hands and running it back and forth on my back and up and down my back. I love it!

This product is an amazing product! Normally I have trouble reaching my back in the shower and this helps clean the back so easily. I noticed that after using this, my back acne "backne" has reduced significantly and my back is smoother and less itchy. the scrubber is not harsh, but a nice texture where it cleans but not leave scratch marks! it is perfect for sensitive skin too!
I loved so much I bought a couple for my family members and they love it too!

Excellent back scrubber

My back definitely doesn’t get the TLC it needs, mainly from an access point of view, especially as I have a stiff shoulder on one side. This one is made from recycled polyester with organic cotton handles. It’s nice that it is environmentally ‘conscious’ – using recycled material and also potentially reducing microbeads entering the environment.
The scrubber feels quite rough when dry but softens up with water. Twice a week I put shower gel on it and rub it in a bit – shower gels that are a bit more ‘jelly’ seem to wash straight off when you put it under the shower. I then use different angles etc to try to get at all parts of my back, I think I do a good job but it is hard to know. I don’t have any skin issues on my back (cysts in the past but nothing now, hopefully this scrubber will mean I don’t get them again).
Excess soap/shower gel etc washes out from the scrubber easily - I rinse/squeeze until no more lather comes out, it might be more difficult to be sure it’s all out if you use a product that doesn’t lather. I store it in the shower over the tap so I can see that the cotton handles might go mouldy, however the scrubber itself shouldn’t.
I’m not sure if there is any effect from using this but it certainly isn’t doing any harm and probably is doing some good. I will definitely keep using it for the recommended 3-6 months

So gentle on your back
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This back scrubber was amongst one of the items in Beauty Heaven’s Biggest Ever Beauty Giveaways and interested to see how it all worked.
How hard is it to actually wash your back in a small shower that we used to have when you have shoulder/neck problems? I have tried the long handled brushes but just found them too hard to hold half the time and then they actually irritated my skin.
This back scrubber is so easy to use especially now that I have a longer shower too. On first touch when opening the container the material feels really rough but once you wet it, it remarkably softens.
The stretchy material is made using sustainably sourced products and is a reusable body exfoliator that will gently cleanse your skin perfectly.
On both ends of the material are two loop handles that have been made with organic cotton yarn and are free from dyes. It makes them easy to hold the loops and clean your back.
Once in the shower, it was just too easy to firstly wet the material and then I added my body wash to the material and holding the loops, I went diagonally first down my back on either sides then across my back with a slow moving action back and forth.
It felt fantastic on my skin and doesn’t burn you like some brushes do on me.
I also get dry skin on my legs in winter so I tried it on there also and completely exfoliated all the dead skin there too. Hey a two in one that can exfoliate body parts and they work great also.
After drying, I could feel my back felt so much smoother and definitely exfoliated. I even asked my husband to feel my back and he said it looked great and felt very soft and smooth.
There was no redness after drying my back either. My skin can be a bit sensitive on the back but it suited my skin perfectly as it is gentle on the skin.
I did have to ask hubby if he could apply some moisturiser on the middle of my back where I can’t reach so a few grumbles and sighs, it got done. It comes with conditions though like, he wants to use the back scrubber and get moisturiser on his dry back.
After using the back scrubber, you just need to rinse thoroughly with warm water and leave in a well ventilated area to dry.
My back feels a lot more refreshed now after using this every 2nd day in the shower. It’s just so easy to use and you can see the results after the first day of use.
I would totally recommend this product for everyone as the back is one of the hardest areas to wash in the shower but this Back Scrubber makes it all so much easy now and I can use daily too.
Just replace every 3-6 months depending on usage.
The product is Made in China and is affordable as it is under $20.

Gets the spots you cannot reach

This is a great product to have in your bathroom, it really targets spots you just can not reach!
No more day spas with this item in the shower. It is really easy to use, by holding the handles and simply moving it back and forth along my back.
I applied product to the scrubber before use, to add an extra dimension to the experience.

No awkwardness with this type of back scrubber
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My back is the least scrubbed part of my body due to the fact that I can’t reach it easily. So I purchased a long handle, wooden back scrubber with natural bristles in hope that it would do. But it hangs from a hook at the side of my bathroom vanity gathering dust and is seldom used. What bothered me is having to bend my arm at various awkward angles for the head of the brush to reach the different areas of my back. Despite this, I still don’t believe that the back scrubber was able to cover the whole of my back thoroughly. Having to apply body wash a few times to the brush during the process was also a hassle too.
The Manicare Exfoliating Back Scrubber dispels with the awkwardness of using a traditional, rigid- handle back scrubber. I find it so much easier to use too because I am used to drying my back with my bath towel in the same way that this product is used for scrubbing the back.
This product is a piece of folded over material 44cm long x 20cm wide made from recycled, stretchy polyester which has a texture similar to that of a loofah with loops as handles made from organic undyed cotton.
To use I wet the product to soften the material, apply body wash along its length and then flick it over my back. Using both handles I use a back and forth motion as I do when drying my back with a towel. Unlike a traditonal back scrubber, the design and way that the Manicare Exfoliating Back Scubber is used means that the whole of my back can be scrubbed thoroughly without much being missed. I can also wrap the scrubber around my shoulders and it scrubs the back of my upper arms too; a place where I usually get a few little pimples.
After using this product my back feels very clean and smooth and it helps to scrub the little pimples on the back of my upper arms away too.
I rinse the product after use and prefer to hang it in the laundry where it is dry and airy. The polyester material dries fast in very little time too.
I scrub my back every other day now due to the ease of use of this innovative product. Thank you Beauty Heaven and Manicare for giving me the opportunity to trial it.

Perfect for hard to reach areas!

I normally use a loofah on my body to exfoliate and get rid of dead skin. This back scrubber makes it much easier to get to those hard to reach areas on the back. It has two handles made of organic cotton which makes it easier to hold on to and move in a back and forth motion along your back. Using this with body wash also was really easy to both wash and exfoliate at the same time. The body wash also lathered really easily.

It is made of recycled polyester and organic cotton. I loved using it on my back, it removes dead skin and helps with enlarged pores and ingrown hair. It gently exfoliates skin to remove dirt, oils and tanning products too. My skin feels soft and smooth after a shower.
After use I rinse it with warm water and hang it outside to dry. It did not change in size or color and was still soft on the skin.

It is such a great design and so much better than the ones with a handle. They can be a little to rough on my skin, slippery and the body wash doesn't always work as well on them. I have tried the exfoliating back scrubber both dry and wet and it works brilliantly. I winter my skin gets dry and itchy so I explored a little further and stretched it in different ways and it still works in my tummy, legs and butt. It can also be scrunched up to exfoliate my arms and places that I have missed. My skin is smoother and it is so easy to use. For a clean back!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing my back has always been the hardest part when taking a shower. I normally use a body brush but even then it can be difficult. The exfoliating back scrubber makes it so easy now to wash and exfoliate my back! You can use it on its own but I like to put some soap or body wash on it to cleanse and exfoliate at the same time. The material is gentle enough to not cause any irritation but also strong enough to feel like your back is getting a proper clean. Dead skin cells can accumulate which can also cause back acne making this is a good product if you are prone to bacne. It's so simple and easy to use and I like to use it all over my body too including my legs. After using the exfoliating back scrubber my skin definitely feels soft and smooth. I definitely recommend!

So handy and works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bit of a confession, before this trial I rarely exfoliated my back. Of course during showering, my back gets a good soak but I’m sure there were parts I couldn’t reach properly. I’m flexible but not a contortionist….Lol!
I’ve really enjoyed scrubbing and washing my back with this. My skin feels so soft and smooth afterwards.
The back scrubber is made of stretchy material with two cotton loops so your hands can easily grab the scrubber to gently exfoliate and wash your back.
I usually soak the scrubber with water to soften the material then apply my shower gel directly to the middle of the panel then using a gently seesawing action give my back a good scrub.
I attempted to scrub my feet but I don’t recommend it if you are ticklish like me!
This is a product you didn’t think you needed, but once you discover it you wonder why it took you so long to buy one and now can’t live without it.
It’s fun to use and works a treat! Highly recommended by me.

Must have for the shower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Manicare Exfoliating Back Scrubber is a heaven send for me.
Quick and easy to use, I’m able to exfoliate all those hard to reach places on my back. The handles make it easy to hold and you can control how soft or hard the pressure is when using it to scrub your back.
The material is stretchy and gentle on the skin while still exfoliating. Since using this scrubber my back now feels so nice and smooth.
After using I hand on my shower caddy so it can dry out between uses. So far it has been drying fairly quick and there is no smell or mould (which I was worried about).
I have also chucked it in the wash for a quick wash and freshen up and it came out still looking great.

Where have you been all my life?

This has been an absolute godsend when it comes to exfoliating those hard to reach spots as, not only is it stretchy but the handles make it easier to hold.
My skin doesn't feel dry or sore from over-use. The fabric becomes softer once damp so there's no need to worry about exfoliating your skin off with the scratchy material!
It's definitely not a necessity BUT showering would not be the same without it.

So easy to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually never realised how much of my back was getting missed when exfoliating/washing that area. I must have really looked a treat trying to use my hands to get everywhere previously.
I simply wet this scrubber and apply my bodywash, and it is amazingly easy to get absolutely everywhere on my back, with out looking like I am completely unco-ordinated. Honestly this is an absolute breeze to use and I have to say that my skin is honestly so thankful for it. I generally use a body oil in the shower after exfoliating and it now gets absorbed in even quicker. My partner even asked what I was doing differently as my back is even softer than before. He also said that I better keep using it.lol
