Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy Camper… Wow… this is the best suction device l have ever tried! Very powerful but with 3 levels to select you can adjust to what works for you. The addition of the camera app is fun too, you can see up close all the crap coming out and off of the skin. Microdermabrasion nozzle is great too…be sure to have washed your face with warm water or a steam bath before any use to ensure pores are open and skin is softer, it really makes a difference. Do be careful not to stay in the same spot or overwork the same area, this will cause bruising and little hickies on your face. So practice a few times before using it as a treatment for a special event. Thumbs up, happy customer. Also loved the bonus gift…cooling wand thing… excellent if you have puffyness or need a little refresher. I keep mine in the fridge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only thing that actually clears my skin I have hormonal skin & have tried lots of things to help to clear my skin but nothing was ever very effective until I started using the pore extractor. I Have been using it for a few weeks and it is brilliant. I use it on the medium setting & it has cleared my skin so much. I haven’t even been getting hormonal cysts that I have continual had on my chin and that are very painful, it has stopped them and gotten rid of all my little annoying bumps on my face that would always just sit under the surface. my hubby even commented that my skin was glowing & I found my skin creams and vitamin c serums are absorbing much better after using this so my deeper set lines in my forehead are a lot less noticeable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Be careful because it bruises You really need to be careful when using this and make sure you test the 3 different levels of suction on your forearm before using this on your face because if you go straight in on your face on level 3 which is the strongest level of suction it will bruise your skin because that level of suction is quite powerful. I made this mistake when I first used this because 1. I was so excited to see what came out of my pores and 2. There is doesn't come with an instruction booklet or any warnings about testing before use etc. Which I think for a product like this to not come with instructions and warnings isn't good. Anyway... The vacuum itself is quite light to hold and fits into my hand comfortably. It comes with a usb charging cord and you can also download the Manicare app on your phone which connects via Bluetooth to the device and allows your to see your pores magnified as your vacuuming them. It's pretty cool and disgusting at the same time. The first time I used this I went straight in on my nose on the strong suction level and I immediately bruised my entire nose. So now I just use the soft level which is probably why I never seem to get too much out of my pores but I just can't use the stronger level as my skin bruises. Your not suppose to leave the vacuum on one section of skin for any longer than 3 seconds which I never do but the suction is that strong it causes instant bruising. I also find that when I use the soft setting that I still find it hard to move the vacuum around my face without it pulling on my skin. Even with the microdermabrasion head attached and on the soft level I still find it pulls my skin too hard. I will admit that this (for me anyway) is one of those products that your buy and the novelty wears off and it just sits in my draw. I mean, maybe if it was more gentle and was easy to manoeuvre around my face without tugging my face off and didn't bruise and I could use the strong setting to get the build up out of my pores I would probably use it weekly. Just make sure that if you buy this, try it on your arm or leg first to gauge the levels of suction so that you don't bruise like I did.

Efficiency 4/5 I finally bought this facial device a couple of months ago after much procrastination, my main concern being unsure if the vacuum was another cute gimmick or something that would actually clean my grubby pores! Super easy to use (including the downloaded camera app so you can see the awesome suction of grime from your magnified pores :-). I preferred the normal setting out of the choice of three. Definitely had a cleaner if not slightly red face after use. Would highly recommend a gentle cleanser before and after and go easy on the scrubs and actives the day before and after using this lil sucker. My pores definitely were clearer and cleaner, but it didn't erase all my blackheads or SFs. What let me down entirely with this device is that I had two proper uses until it just didn't "suck" at all anymore. Turned on but no life at all, zero, nada. Took it out of the little case i store it in and no go for no reason at all. And outside the 30 day purchase zone!! I have essentially had 2 uses for a exxy price tag. Dissapointing

The app doesn't work but decided to try it without and now have large red welts where it was placed for just one second. Apparently can only be returned if unopened and unused! An expensive piece of junk.
