After using it, I fell in love with it even more. Its so easy to use & charge, very gentle but effective and the heating function is sooo comfortable. This feels like a salon experience at home. I've tried other electronic cleansers from other brands and they felt abrasive, some even left my skin red and painful. But the Manicare Thermal Sonic Cleanser is completely different, it left my skin smooth, soft and deeply cleansed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My face is so soft and smooth! I don't generally use cleansing devices, however, I wanted to give the Thermal Sonic Cleanser a try. I am actually super excited and pleased with how soft and smooth my face felt afterward. I loved the feeling of the silicone bristles. Once I washed my face and pat dried, I felt so fresh, and looking in the mirror, I could tell my face looked so clean! Will definitely be using this more regularly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thermal sonic Facial cleanser Very clean product but take a while to figure how to use it. There is no instructions in the box. Long life battery, can use about more than a week. My face has been improving with less wrinkle, cleaner, feel fresh and strong. Compare to others, very good in general. Just the button is hard to press to start the machine. I have to take 2 times to start it all the time. And the button next to it, can not feel much different with it so I dont know what it uses for. But also hard to press on it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works really well, don't try to wing it though I'm just going to go straight into the effects of this. I've used it for just one week now and my skin is definitely showing the effects. Pores are smaller, skin has a nice glow and feels very smooth. The vibration is like a gentle massage for the face, and I like the glow it gives me so much I'm now using it twice a day (started off just doing it in the evening). It's definitely not intuitive though and it took me several goes to work out how to use it - ultimately requiring me to go on the website as the button needs to be held down for a bit and has 3 modes - gentle, regular and deep cleansing, and none of that is obvious (and the button isn't so easy to press with wet hands). I still haven't been able to work out the heating - I can see the colour has changed to orange but there was no difference in heating that I could feel. All that notwithstanding, the unit is a nice hand size, and is cut and easy to hold and use - very lightweight, charges quickly and holds the charge for a long time. I do feel my serum soaks in better after using this and that my skin feels cleaner and brighter without needing any harsh exfoliants. Overall, this is a terrific facial cleanser but definitely could use some printed instructions in the pack - I shouldn't have to go online and watch videos to work it out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recommend!! I love the upgraded version of the manicare facial cleansing device, being wireless and a single unit. The addition of heating is great for pushing the Cleanser deeper into my skin and giving me a nice and thorough clean. I only rate 4 stars due to the actual heat element being raised enough that it is basically in line with the bristles, and the bristles being shorter than the former model that upon contact with the skin, in order to feel the warmth on your face you end up red all over from the metal element rubbing your head. This is uncomfortable while cleansing my forehead. I got this 40% off from priceline for a cool $40 with a priceline voucher bringing the price down to $35 which is significantly lower than the Foreo Luna price point of $295, and works the charm. I do love the fact that it doesn't need to connect to your phone to operate however the buttons are a bit tough sometimes that I spend a few seconds just trying to turn the device on and then turn the heat on which sometimes instead turns the device off.. but this is a minor issue and I still feel this little cleansing brush is a 100% necessary item for your skincare routine. The device comes with a tiny little base for wireless charging, and can be easily cleaned with a silicone Cleanser to keep thr device clean and in turn prevent breakouts from left over debris. Highly recommend this to anyone considering buying a facial cleansing brush especially for the low price point - though would definitely recommend waiting to see it on special at priceline

Rated 3 out of 5 by from effective cleansing tool I got this because I wanted to see what a sonic cleansers would be like before I dropped a couple of hundred dollars on one. I am glad I tried this, because it has made me realise they probably aren't for me. I am not saying it's bad, I just found that it was not something that I would really use that often. I am pretty low maintenance when it comes to my skin care routine, like cleanse in the shower, then moisturise when I get out. This just added an extra step that I don't think I needed. Sure, my skin was smooth and clean feeling after, but didn't really feel all that different to how my skin feels after using a face scrub. I just found it an extra product for no real gain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good introduction to sonic cleansers I was lucky enough to buy this from the Beauty Heaven Rewards Room and while i think it's a good device, it's very basic and i feel for the price, there are better devices out there. I do think the size of this is great, it fits in the palm of your hand and doesn't take up a lot of room in the shower or while recharging. There are three speeds but i haven't noticed any difference in results when using the different speeds so i usually stick to the lowest speed as that seems to do the trick. There are no detailed instructions so it's difficult to know how long to use this for, how often and what speed suits certain skin types. While charging there is no indication (like a light) of when it's finished charging or if it's charged at all. I find it tricky to use on and around my nose, the shape just doesn't work for creases around the face, which is a shame as that is my problem area with pores. The packaging says this device heats up to 40 degrees however the heat is barely noticeable and it's only after having the heat setting on for 3 to 5 minutes that i feel any heat at all, and it's more like the slightest warmth you would get from a battery buzzing right in the middle of the device, I feel like it shouldn't be described as thermal. i feel that for the price the device should do more than 3 speeds of vibrating and be able to reach all areas of your face. It's great if you can find it on sale but i would put this in the same category as basic vibrating cleansers i have purchased for around $30. I think this would be well suited to someone who didn't have visible pores and hadn't used a vibrating cleanser before.

It ran out of battery so I charged it overnight and it will not turn on. Tried charging again to no avail. Good product but clearly faulty. Can’t return it as I don’t have the receipt.

I've had this unit for a while and sat on it as I could not find the purchase receipt. Not the first fault unit either so I'm very disappointing.
