File from side of the nails to the centre in even strokes. Always file in one direction, never back and forth. Use the coarse side to shape the nails and the fine side to smooth the nail edge for a flawless finish.
Avoid excessive filing of nail corners as they provide extra strength to the nail. Square or oval shaped nails are recommended.
After use, wipe over with a damp cloth or gently scrub with a nail brush to clean. Allow to dry naturally.

Work great.
Have used these packs for years from our supermarkets & don't damage my fingernails. Enough in the pack that I can have mine quickly accessible around the house. Work better than metal nail files.
